Q: How many invites do I need to order?
First decide on your number of guests, send one per family, and to this number add a small quantity to cater for any mistakes and extra guests you may decide to invite at a later stage. The minimum order is 40 of any one item.

Q: When should I order my invitations?

It is advisable to order these at least 3 months in advance of the wedding.

Q: When should I send my invitations out to my guests?
Normally you should allow at least 6-8 weeks before the wedding but longer notice can be given, this is really your personal choice.

Q: How does personalisation work?
Upon completion of the ordering, you will be referred to a page where you can download an MSWord file for you to record the names of your invited guests, please return this to us as soon as possible, as printing cannot be started without it. For your place cards, we will send a reminder email nearer your wedding date to confirm your wedding guests.

Q: How long will my order take?
You should leave up to 28 working days from receipt of your order. However it's important to remember that no printing will take place until we receive an approval of the proof from you.

Q: Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, a minimum order of 40 units applies to any order.

Q: Can I have my stationery printed in a different language?
Your stationery may be printed in a different language. Additional costs may apply if you need us to do the translation, or if the language needs to be typeset in a different alphabet.

Q: Can I select different typefaces?
Changing existing typefaces and colours, may incur further costs, please call or email us to discuss your requirements.

Q: If I wish to place a repeat order what are the charges?
Requests for increases in quantity, or alteration to copy received after the original has been printed, will be charged as a new order. The minimum order of 40 units will re-apply.

Q: Can I order samples?
Yes, please call or email us with your request. Samples are charged at the per unit cost + postage.

Q: What size are the cards?
All card sizes are indicated on the site.

Q: Will I receive a proof?
Once your order has been placed, a free pdf proof will be sent to you via email. Please check all details thoroughly, particularly spellings of names and dates, then send us your approval by email, fax or post as quickly as possible to avoid any delay to the printing time. Please let us know of any changes at this stage. Your order will be printed and despatched upon receipt of your approval.

Q: How many pages do I have in my Order of Service?
Insert pages for the Order of Service will be printed on all four sides, as indicated on individual stationery pages. If you require more pages, be aware that these must be in multiples of 4 and will incur additional cost, please call or email us to discuss your requirements.

Q: When will my order be despatched?
Your full stationery order will be despatched to your home (or other specified address) within 28 working days of us having received your signed proof.

On receipt of order please ensure you check all your personal details before you send these out to your guests.

Q: What are the delivery charges?
Express Post - Flat fee of $16.50 per delivery within Australia
Courier - POA
Collection from our studio in Ultimo

Q: What happens if I want to cancel my order?
Please be aware that once printing has started, an order is considered in progress and therefore payment is required. As invitations are normally printed prior to other wedding stationery, you maybe able to cancel the part of the order that is unprinted. Please let us know as soon as possible. The unprinted portion of your order will be refunded, minus a $50 administration fee.
